Luke runs the market side of Taven. Carrier relationships, new appointments, and the standards for how accounts are worked. Before Taven, he spent a decade building specialty programs on the wholesale side.
He believes the wholesale broker's real job is absorbing complexity. So the retail agent doesn't have to.

Luke runs operations. How accounts move through the shop, how teams are staffed, and how the work gets better month over month. He came up on the carrier side, running underwriting desks across multiple specialty lines.
